When we assist them in completing their applications and obtaining medical documentation, many of our customers receive approval at the first or reconsideration level. Additionally, if you are refused SSD benefits, our office can assist you with all other areas of the appeals process, including helping you request a hearing before an ALJ. Once we assist them in preparing for their appearance at the hearing, the majority of our Social Security disability applicants are authorised in front of a judge at the hearing level.
